Writing Resources is a full-service writing center serving students, faculty, and staff primarily through one-on-one peer tutoring sessions with our consultants. We know that each writer can and does improve as they practice, and we meet all writers where they are in order to help them develop their abilities further.
It is our hope that students will come to the Center for Teaching and Learning for orientation during their first year and continue to visit until graduation as they further refine their critical thinking, communication, and writing skills. Our students, faculty, and accomplished staff members offer a wide range of expertise and are available during daytime and evening hours on the lower level of Hutchins Library. Through workshops and one-on-one consulting, our professional staff supports faculty development, Tutor and TA Programs, and advanced writing development across Berea's campus.
